Apple Wrap

Ingredients

1 C All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C Shortning
2 or 3 Tbs Cold Water
1/2 C Packed Brown Suger
1/2 C All-Purpose Flour
4 Medium Cooking Apples <4 cups>
1 Tbs Margarian or Butter

How Too
Stir
1 Cup flour,Salt in a medium bowl until mixed. Cut shortning in to
flour, using 2 knives until crumble. Sprinkle with water using 1 Tbs at a time. Toss with
fork till dough forms. Shap dough into a ball then wrap in plastic wrap for 15 min.
Heat oven to 425 Put dough on floured surface. Roll dough into 13 inchs circles. using
rolling pin put on ungreased large cookie sheet.
Stir Brown suger 1/2 C flour & apples in large bowle. Mound apple mixture on center of dough
up to 3 inchs of edge. Put pieces of margarine on apple. Fold edge of dough over apples. Bake 30to 35 min
until golden brown

Makes 8 Servings


Peaches & Cream Pie


Step 1:
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine (softened)
3-1/4 oz pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 egg, room temperature
1/2 cup milk, room temperature

Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased 9" glass pie plate.

Step 2:
1 16 oz. can sliced peaches/reserve
3 Tbsp. juice
Place peaches on top of step 1.

Step 3:
1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (not fatfree)
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved juice from peaches

Beat step 3 ingredients together. Spoon over top of peaches to within 1 inch
of edge of pan. Then mix together 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top of cream cheese. Bake at 325-350F for 30-35 minutes.
